A note about the signup process: Teamsnap’s website will show TACA Baseball’s season information in the registration details. Later on it will will show the correct dates, please ignore TACA’s season dates and continue the signup process.
The teamsnap program will show it is $0 to signup, choose this option and later on you can select the actual options. There are two options. The first option is near the front gate and the cost for the premium spot is $250, which includes both days. The second option is around the walkway that goes along the rear of the park, along the outfield. This spot costs $150 for two days. WiFi is included but only premium has the option of electrical power (limited spots) and covered spots (also limited). The covered spots have a roof and the ceiling is too low if you are bringing a booth with a canopy. As you go through the registration steps you will see these options, just pick what you need and if you have more questions please reach out to us. - A booth space for Sunday’s & Monday’s event.
- The ability to sell goods or services, make contacts and collect leads during the 2-day event.
- Your business/organization name flashed on screen during the Sunday RoughRider’s game.
- Your business/organization’s name, website and phone number posted on flyers to be handed out during the weekend event.
Sunday April 14th Vendor Schedule:
Vendor Event Arrival & Setup: 2:00PM – 4:00PM (use the main entrance)
Event: 4:05PM – 7:00PM
Ballpark Cleared: 7:30PM
Monday April 15th Vendor Schedule:
Vendor Event Arrival & Setup: 1:00PM – 2:30PM (use the main entrance)
Event**: 2:30PM – 9:00PM
Ballpark Cleared: 9:30PM

*The Rainout Policy for the April 14th game of “Homeschool Night with the Frisco RoughRiders” (Frisco RoughRiders vs the Corpus Christi Hooks). If the game is rained out this event will be rescheduled and the vendor date for this homeschool expo will also be rescheduled as well.
*The Rainout Policy for the April 15th game of TACA Varsity vs “guest” in the “Homeschool Baseball Spring Classic and Expo ‘24” game: If this game is rained out, there is no refund. We will attempt to reschedule but we cannot guarantee that this game/event will be able to be rescheduled if there is a rainout.
